I’m a huge fan of make up and skincare, no secret about that. What I like the most about it is discovering new products, brands and formulas that move up to a temporarily state of ‘favorites’. I like to keep it quite simple, natural and minimal, especially for everyday. Since it’s summer, I try to simplify the process even more because who likes having a ton of products sliding off of your face as the day goes by?
1. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer (oil free) - I always go for sheer coverage bases, and tinted moisturizers are my pick most of the times, especially during warmer months where I don’t feel like wearing a ton of products on my face. Love this one, it has medium coverage for a tinted moisturizer, but it’s still light and evens out my complexion in one step. Plus, it has SPF 20, so win win. Another one I use regularly is the Maybelline BB cream.
2. Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer - one step that I cannot miss no matter how ‘no make up’ I wanna go, is concealer. I deal with dark circles under my eyes, so it’s a must. I like this one because it’s light reflective but still offers coverage.
3. MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural - use it to set my base, mostly on my T zone. Had it for years and it’s still going strong.
4. MAC ‘Her Blooming Cheek’ powder blush - it’s limited edition, but they re promote it every once in a while. It’s scary bright, so a little goes a long way. It gives the most natural healthy glow to the cheeks.
5. Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping mascara - when this mascara came out, I started hearing all the buzz about it, so I went ahead and got it. By mistake I got the waterproof formula, which was too dry, and hated it. BUT, I kept hearing great things about it, so I decided to give it a second chance… and I liked it! It’s great for everyday, I look for volume more than length, so this is perfect.
6. Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector ’03 Nude Shimmer’ - I love me some bright lip, especially since I go all neutral with the rest of my make up, but for everyday, this is just ideal. It’s the perfect mix between a gloss and a balm with a hint of color.

Soy fanática de todo lo que tenga que ver con maquillajes, beauty y cuidado de la piel. Y con los años voy descubriendo nuevos productos, marcas y fórmulas que van tomando el lugar momentáneo de ‘favoritos’. Siempre voy por un look natural y minimal, sobre todo, para todos los días. Ahora, como es verano, busco simplificarlo más que nunca porque andar todo el día con miles de cosas en la cara y sentir que se va derritiendo a medida que pasan las horas, no está bueno. Así que estos son mis básicos:
1. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer (oil free) ’Bisque’ - prefiero siempre las bases de cobertura ligera, y para mi, los hidratantes con color son ideales. Este tiene una cobertura media, pero es súper liviano. Además tiene protección solar 20. Otro que uso mucho es el de Maybelline, que creo que ya está disponible en Argentina.
2. Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer - el corrector es un ítem infaltable en mi rutina. Esta, como su nombre lo dice, es ideal para debajo de los ojos porque te ilumina la cara en dos segundos.
3. MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural - lo tengo hace mil y sigue intacto. Lo uso en la zona de frente y nariz para que tenga menos brillo.
4. MAC ‘Her Blooming Cheek’ powder blush - es edición limitada, pero cada tanto lo vuelven a sacar. Es un fucsia furioso y sólo se necesita una mínima cantidad porque el color es súper fuerte, pero da un tono muy natural y saludable.
5. Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping mascara – me acuerdo cuando salió esta máscara acá, que por error compré la versión waterproof y la odié. Mucho. Pero seguía leyendo buenos comentarios, así que decidí probarla de nuevo, esta vez prestando más atención a qué versión compraba. Busco volumen más que longitud en las pestañas, y que dure sin tener ‘panda eyes’ al final del día. Success.
6. Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector ’03 Nude Shimmer’ - uf, larguísimo el nombre. Me gustan mucho los labiales, como no voy por un look muy dramático, un color de labios que levante todo siempre me viene bien, pero para todos los días este híbrido entre gloss/balm con un toque mínimo de color es ideal.

Yo hice un post parecido con beauty products para la cara (eran más de limpieza igual, nada de make up) y no me animé a hacer un video, soy demasiado vergonzosa y odio como se oye mi voz en las grabaciones! jaja #problemitaz

Síiii yo apoyo la moción de hacer video porque soy recontra bruta para el maquillaje. VI muuuchos videos pero en la práctica soy un desastre. Pero bueno igual sigo viendo los videos, tengo esperanzas jajaja.
Por eso también nunca tengo nada en la cara, y además teniendo pecas me veo demasiado distinta cuando me pongo base, encima de que me resulta re pesada. También me encanta pintarme los labios de rojo pero sin base no puedo porque parezco un tomate. Pero bueno, quiero creer que es porque todavía no encontré los productos indicados para mi tipo de piel.
